The organizers of B.C.’s hottest barbecue competition are pleased to announce that Harry Soo, one of North America’s most high profile barbecue celebrities will be competing in the fifth annual Well Seasoned BBQ on the Bypass on Sunday, September 19^th in Langley.

He and his team mate Mark Tung, together known as “Slap Yo’ Daddy”, will be one of dozens of teams competing on September 19^th for the coveted title of Grand Champion at the BBQ on the Bypass.

As part of Harry Soo’s visit to Langley, he’ll be instructing an outdoor barbeque cooking class at Well Seasoned on Friday September 17^th where he will demonstrate his award winning techniques & recipes for an intimate class.
