• Space is limited. One 10×10 tent per team.
• Teams must be completely self contained
• Limited Space for Big Rigs. Specify on applications any specific space requirements
• Each team MUST have fire extinguisher and ground cover for grease splatter/charcoal
• Power is NOT provided!!   Grease and ash removal available on site
• Competition Registration is restricted to 30 teams so get your application in early. Teams will be advised of acceptance into the competition.
• Teams not accepted will be refunded application fee.
• Anything But sponsor to be determined. Teams will be advised as soon as possible
• Teams will be allowed to move in on Saturday September 18th, 2010 after 4pm. Hotel accommodations are available nearby.
• Sampling to the public at this event is permitted.
